Victim robbed near Kissena Park is now laughing at the suspects

On April 28 around 12:30pm, a victim was robbed of his sneakers while standing on the sidewalk on Quince Avenue by 143rd Street near Kissena Park. Police reported there were three suspects, aged 17 to 20 saw the victim's sneakers and parked the vehicle. Then they got out of the vehicle and robbed the victim's sneakers. The victim suffered minor injuries. On Thursday, police reported the suspects tried to sell the sneakers only to realize they are fake.
