Verazzano Bridge closed all levels

Verazzano Bridge is closed for NJ and Brooklyn bound due to high wind and after a tractor trailer flipped. At 1pm, a truck was rolled over multiple times on the upper level to Brooklyn bound narrowly missing other vehicles.
