Vehicle overturned on the NSP eastbound

Northern State Parkway eastbound at Exit 31, all lanes closed due to a vehicle flipped upside down. Another vehicle is also flipped. ESU is working on the scene. EMS is checking with all involved. Heavy delays all around.
