Vehicle flipped on the GCP westbound

Grand Central Parkway westbound after 168 Street has heavy delays due to a vehicle flipped upside down. EMS, ESU and FDNY are working on the scene.

Police are coordinating the traffic.

Several drivers stated the driver of the flipped vehicle ran out and was later caught by cops.

Avoid the route.
