Vehicle accident with one dead in Nassau County

Southern State Parkway westbound at Exit 17 reported multiple vehicle accident with one dead. This is in Malverne. It happened last night around 9pm.

Southern State Parkway was closed for investigation.

There were multiple injuries and EMS transported all to local hospitals.

Ongoing investigation.
