Vagrants living in dumpsters at Glen Oaks

Residents are complaining of vagrants living in dumpsters inside Glen Oaks Village Co-op. A resident sent the pic of one person going through dumpsters and then checking on door knobs of each apartment to see if its unlocked. This is on 260th Street near Union Turnpike. One resident reported of harassment and called police but never showed up. Another resident said as long as they don't bother anyone and doors are locked, its okay to find a place to sleep. Anyway, just letting all know the situation in the area.
