VNB closed lower level westbound

Police have closed the lower level of Verrazzano Narrow Bridge westbound to New Jersey reporting fully involved vehicle fire after multiple vehicle accident. Multiple injuries and police are working to re-route traffic to upper level. Delays are back to Brooklyn on both Belt Parkway and its vicinity.
