Uptick robberies and assaults reported on Northern Blvd

Police reported of multiple assaults and robberies on Northern Blvd between Bayside to the Nassau border. The latest incident reported on December 23 around 4am on 246 Street when a victim was walking home. A commercial store staff was assaulted on 255 Street and then the suspect went inside and took off with items on December 21. In the vicinity of Marathon Parkway, 3 burglaries reported, Overbrook Street, 250th Street and 58th Avenue. 3 victims were assaulted on the Northern Blvd by Cross Island Parkway vicinity. Residents reported of late nigh activities at the local park according to police.
