Update on the shots fired by SSP eastbound in West Hempstead

The NCPD reported of multiple shots fired by the Southern State Parkway resulted murder suicide inside a home in West Hempstead. The reported incident after disturbance from a home on Myrna Drive around 1:30pm. The male with the gun went outside after shots fired by the parkway and after police arrived went back inside the home. After a while, the male shot himself inside the home and died. Police also reported a woman was found dead inside. Both 31 year old male and 91 year old female were the result of apparent murder suicide as per police investigation. The investigation continues.
