Update on the Bellerose EDP crisis

This was a landlord tenant or tenant tenant dispute.

According to a local realtor, there were two people living at the second floor location on Jericho Turnpike and 246 Street.

Each was paying $1,200 a month for a room share with no stove but a hot plate and a bathroom.

Police didn't disclose details since the investigation is ongoing of how the lock was changed along with the pursuit and stabbing at the local motel in Jericho if related to the same incident. More details are pending.
