Update on the Baldwin dead body incident

The NCPD reported this was a road rage involving homicide.

Police stated an intoxicated driver, male, 26 was involving in a vehicle accident and got out of the vehicle to confront the other driver. This is when the innocent driver, male, 54 who did nothing wrong wase brutually assaulted to death.

Police arrested the suspect and charged with second degree homicide.
