Update on the Albertsons fatal vehicular accident

Stolen auto leads to chase resulting three people dead It happened at the intersection of I U Willets Road and Searingtown Road around 6pm when a driver lost control and the vehicle went into the pond after crashing a gate. Four people were inside the car and three confirmed dead. Police stated all four were males. It took firefighters and ESU to remove the victims about an hour and half. More than 100 police including NYS police, firefighters from various locations and other personnel were on the scene. One survivor is cooperating with police and reported the vehicle was stolen on January 6 in Hempstead. It was a chase when the police read the plate and ordered to pull over but the driver refused.
