The UTF Chief Michael Mulgrew said now he would decide in the next 4 hours leading up to a executive board meeting, unless something changes he say the city?s work has not been sufficient to open. NYC mayor dismissed the strike during press brief. Governor stated its up to the local government for schools. Waiting for the next update.
