Union Turnpike is a mess in Hollis Hills

The NYC Dept of Transportation is working on the scene due to water break. This is by Hollis Court Blvd in Hollis Hills.

Residents are advised not to use water for now due to brown color after a ruptured pipe in the area. Also there is a flood on Union Turnpike that’s not heavy.

The estimated restoration time to clear brown water is not given.
