Two women arrested for prostitution at massage parlor

Suffolk County Police today arrested two women for prostitution at a massage parlor in Lindenhurst.

In response to community complaints, First Precinct Crime Section officers, in conjunction with the Village of Lindenhurst Building Inspector, conducted an investigation into You Ya Foot Spa, located at 276 North Wellwood Ave., and arrested two employees.

Yanxia Fan, 43, of Flushing, Queens, and Yihang Zhao, 32, of Sparta, New Jersey, were each charged with one count of Unauthorized Practice of a Profession, a felony, and one count of Prostitution, a misdemeanor. They were released on an appearance ticket and are due to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on November 1.

The Village of Lindenhurst will be issuing summonses to the business and property owners for building code violations. (From SCPD)
