Two suicides reported in Suffolk County

The Suffolk County Police reported two suicides, one in Huntington and the other in Dix Hills. The Huntington incident reported a man was found hanging from a tree sparking public outcry on social media of lynching. Police advise all to wait for the autopsy and another statement will be released soon. The other incident is self inflicted gunshot wound by male victim in Dix Hills on June 23 around 12pm on Baldwin Path. The medical examiner is conducting autopsy. Also, The Federal Trade Commission will launch a 3 number suicide hotline like 911 instead of 10 digits for all to call.
