Two pharmacy workers in Richmond Hill busted for forged prescriptions

Authorities arrested Victor LaPerla, pharmacist and Bianca Martinez, technician and charged with illegal prescription of Oxycodone. They were employed at Dale Pharmacy and Surgical in Rchmond Hll when they were arrested today. More than 800 illegal prescriptions for opoid and oxycodone for cash to another accomplice who then sold to the black market. More than $4 million dollars worth of illegal prescriptions were uncovered during investigation frm 2013 to 2018. Both were charged with conspiracy, criminal sale of prescription for controlled substance and criminal possession of a forged instrument.
