Two people stabbed at the 179 St subway station

Police are at Hillside Avenue and 179th Street subway station reporting 2 people were stabbed. This is in Jamaica. Reported the suspect, male, black were trying to rob two people and resistance occurred. Then the suspect took out of a knife. One was slashed with deep wound. Another suspect pushed both and took off with items. One of the suspect, female, black was seen on westbound Hillside Avenue wearing a bubble coat. EMS is working on the scene. Ongoing investigation.

This is the second slashing for today in Queens. Around 4:30am, a male was slashed on Roosevelt Avenue and 111 Street.
