Two people shot in Whitestone

The NYPD closed off 14th Road in Whitestone reporting two people shot. This is by 149th Street. A local says the victims are a male and female after involving a dispute from a home. Police are looking into whether it’s related to domestic incident. EMS transported the victims to local hospitals.

Detectives are on the scene.

Update - A neighbor say this was a dispute and the gun went off between a couple.
