Two in critical conditional after MVA in Bayside

Police, EMS, FDNY and ESU are on Long Island Expressway service road eastbound after Springfield Blvd reporting vehicle accident involving pedestrians. Two people taken to hospitals in critical condition. All drivers accounted for remained on the scene and cooperating with the police. The route is closed for investigation.
