Two busted for posing as fake bounty hunters in Astoria

Deputy Sheriffs while conducting enforcement operations on Steinway Street, Astoria arrest 2 unlicensed bounty hunters for a multitude of illegal weapons and equipment possession: air pistol, baton, chemical agents, handcuffs and various motor vehicle violations. This is on July 21 around 1am identified as Arkeem Spencer and Devin Jonathan. The arrest occurred in front of MIA bar in Astoria which was shut down by the state liquor authority.
