Truck struck under bridge on the Cross Island Parkway

Cross Island Parkway northbound at Whitestone Expressway southbound ramp, unauthorized tractor trailer struck the overpass bridge causing damage and debris all over. Police, ESU, FDNY and EMS are on the scene. This is at 147th Street before the 20th Avenue Exit.
