Train delays in Jackson Heights

Police are at 74th Street and Broadway reporting a child had arm amputated after hit by train. This is in Jackson Heights. ESU is working to recover the body part. EMS is working on the scene.

Delays all around at the subway station.

Ongoing investigation.

Update - Police sources reported a group of teens were crossing cars and the teen fell into tracks near the station.
