Tomorrow is car free day celebrating Earth Day

The planet is fine but people are not due to different viewpoints!

Saturday, April 25 from 10am to 4pm, NYC will celebrate Earth Day with car free zones. This is the so called climate change and walk or peddle around the city instead of vehicles powered by gasoline.

It's a family fun day but rain is coming so have a polyester made water resistant coat or umbrella and walk around the city all day.

This is the locations announced by the Dept of Transportation -

The Bronx -

Fordham Heights: East 188th Street from Grand Concourse to Valentine Avenue.

Brooklyn -

Sunset Park: Fifth Avenue between 41st to 45th Streets.

Manhattan -

Dyckman Street between Broadway and La Marina/Inwood Hill Park.

St. Nicholas Avenue between West 181st Street and West 185th Street.

Broadway between East 17th and 46th Streets.

Times Square: Broadway from West 46th to West 48th Streets.

Garment District: Broadway from West 39th to West 40th Streets

Herald Square: Broadway from West 34th to West 36th Streets.

Flatiron: Broadway and East 23rd Street.

Union Square: Broadway from East 17th to East 18th Streets.

Queens - Elmhurst: Woodside Avenue between 75th and 78th Streets.

Staten Island - Port Richmond Avenue between Castleton Avenue and Bennett Street.
