Todays Primary Voting will be watched by many

Today is Primary Day voting to watch in NY.

The main one is between current Congressman Jamaal Bowman and challenger George Latimer. This campaign has over $20 million riding between two Democrats facing the Republican challenger in November.

The next one is for Queens where the NYPD is campaigning in favor of Democrat Andy Chin challenging current Assembly member Democrat Ron Kim for Flushing. Kim has been criticized for defunding the NYPD where Flushing residents sparked outrage over crime.

For NYS Assembly District 25, a Republican primary between Kenneth Paek and Kenneth Chiu. The winner will face off the current incumbent, Democrat Nily Rozic.

For NYS Assembly District 35, the current incumbent Jeffrion L. Aubry has announced retirement. Up are two challengers and both are Democrats and they are Hiram Monserrate and Larinda Hooks.

For NYS Assembly District 37, the current incumbent Juan Ardilla has two challengers, Claire Valdez and Johanna Carmona.

As for NYS Assembly District 34, current incumbent Jessica Gonzales-Rojas has a new challenger, Ricardo Pacheco.

Early voting has been done and today is in-person voting that will continue until 9pm.
