Time Square suspect identified

Times Square driver after taking off from the incident to cuffed by police. He has been identified as Richard Rojas of the Bronx. He has been arrested in Queens on 2008 and Manhattan in 2015 for DWI. Earlier this month, he was charged with menacing. Police also reported he drove on sidewalk for three whole blocks striking people today. pic by AP. Reported 3pm.
