Three teens busted with weapon possession in Long Island

The NCPD reports the arrests of three (3) individuals for Criminal Possession of a Weapon that occurred on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 10:45 PM in Baldwin.
According to detectives, officers observed a 2007 Nissan Altima with a defective headlamp and while traveling on Cheshire Drive, conducted a Vehicle and Traffic Law stop. After a Police investigation was conducted, a loaded semi-automatic pistol was located inside the vehicle. Numerous credit cards, debit cards and scanning devices were also recovered from inside. The driver, defendant Jacob Nolen, 18 of Detroit, Michigan; rear passenger, defendant Jordan Lopez, 19, of Baldwin and the front passenger, a 16-year-old female juvenile, were all placed under arrest.
All three defendants are charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Firearm. Additionally, defendant Jacob Nolen is charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of Forgery Devices and multiple VTL infractions. The female juvenile was arraigned at at First District Court, located at 99 Main Street, Hempstead on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. Defendants Jacob Matthew Nolen and Jordan Lopez will be arraigned on Thursday, April 14, 2021 at First District Court.(From NCPD)
