Three teens busted for drugs after a high school student overdosed

Police arrested Brandon Bromberg, 18, Kevin Staiano, also 18 of Plainview and Nicholas Gennaro, 19 of Whitestone after investigation when a high school student in Nassau County high school overdosed. The victim survived since it was not fatal. Police reported Gennaro and Staiano were operating out of Whitestone in an apartment which has authorities working to remove drugs. About 8,000 cash was found in possession. After the incident, police pulled over vehicle driven by Bromberg and discovered slew of drugs inside the vehicle. Police found Xanax, psilocybin mushrooms, ketamine, MDMA, cocaine, DMT, LSD, marijuana and ecstasy pills. Police reported the drugs are worth over $500,000 in street value. All three were using online with social media to sell drugs and making deliveries. The victim's name and the high school were not released when the incident happened. All three were charged with drug possession.
