Three street light corner lot hit the market in Fresh Meadows

The location of Walgreens on Parsons Blvd, Kissena Blvd and 73rd Avenue is now on the market.

It borders Kew Garden Hills, Fresh Meadows and Jamaica Hills.

The asking price is a cool $14 million.

That's $1,794.87 per square feet for the 73-15 Kissena Blvd location which was built in 2017.

It is listed with Tahari Realty.

The lot is open to new development or for existing retail lots with parking areas. More stand alone retail locations are moving away to make housing as the top priority in NYC as part of the promotion of City of Yes.
