Three people busted for storing untaxed cigarettes in Flushing

Ben C. Chen, 41, and Qin F. Liu, 38, from Syosset, Long Island and Qing D. Zheng, 53, Manhattan, were arrested, for illegally hiding untaxed cigarettes and counterfeit tax stamps inside a Flushing home.
