Three Queens residents busted for robbing a man in New Hyde Park

Police arrested Edward Diee, 19, Daniel Eduardo Franco Rivera, 24 and Alston Tamura, 17, all of Queens and charged with robbery. The incident happened on Wednesday, February 27 around 3am in the parking lot of 7-Eleven, 1599 Hillside Avenue in New Hyde Park. The victim, a 23 year old male was leaving the store when three suspects robbed and assaulted him. Shortly, the victim saw a police car and alerted to stop. From the description and vehicle make, police tracked down the vehicle and arrested all three at a dead end on Gerard Avenue.
