The name is on against the current Governor of NY

The MTA's worst nightmare may come true. The current member of Congress, Elise Stefanik is getting ready to launch her campaign for NY's governor within the right time and place.

Multiple sources confirmed Stefanik is all set to announce with no timeline and it's an easy victory under the Republican party line to challenge the current Democratic Governor Hochul for the election next year. Stefanik is a rising star in the political circuit.

Meanwhile, the current Governor is on a budget roll spending with taxpayer funds. The new announcement is $1 billion for nearly 3,000 affordable homes either new or maintained around the state but mostly in NYC.

Read again, $1 billion for 3,000.

This is part of the Governor's $25 billion Housing Plan for the next five years.

What the Governor doesn't want anyone to know is the following.

The average rent stabilized rent is around $1,500 in NYC except the Bronx which is $1,200 while the free market rent is $4,000.

Most of the affordable housing is part of nonprofits and social housing providers allocated to them only for voting purposes. Some of the highest paying salaries from taxpayers are made in this sector that shows no qualification from education to experience. There are many loopholes that's not disclosed to the public by the government regardless its the right to know by all, especially the taxpayers. New Yorkers are all soft, full of love and don't complain where their money goes.
