The most overcrowded school in NYC to get expansion

Francis Lewis High School in Fresh Meadows will be undergo construction to add another 555 seats starting today. This is part of Public Art for Public Schools with additional feature of new classrooms, science lab and locker rooms with air condition all around. According to school officials, around 4,500 students attend the school. The construction is expected to complete by 2020.
