The fixer of Brooklyn Diocese pedophile is accused of child sex abuse

Monsignor Otto Garcia often called the "Michael Cohen" of the Brooklyn Diocese has been accused of child sex abuse by two people in Queens.

One alleged victim has been identified as Thomas Davis. after filing lawsuit against Garcia. Garcia is currently working as a parochial vicar in the church of St. Teresa in Woodside.

More than 200 members of the Brooklyn Diocese has been named in the lawsuit of child sex abuse.

The incident was reported 40 years ago after Garcia was picked out of the line up during a two day Diocesan Review Board.

The Queens DA's office did not pursue the matter due to statue of limitation had passed.

The new lawsuit was filed after Child Sex Abuse Act passed this year without statue of limitation.

The Brooklyn Diocese denies the allegations and stated the claims are for media attention.
