The date of opening announced for LiDL in Glen Oaks

September 4, 2024 is the date LiDL is expected to open at the Glen Oaks Shopping Center. This is on Union Turnpike and 259 Street.

After Labor Day, there will be a quality check all around before the opening day for the public according to the workers inside the location.

The location has already completed the basic necessities from shelves to other infrastructure needs.

The last task is fresh food in time for opening.

February 19, 2022 was the last day when Key Food closed and the location has been remained empty until LiDL signed the lease last year.
