The Woodbury Country Club sold to developers

The Woodbury Country Club at 884 Jericho Turnpike, has been sold to a group of real estate developers and the last day of operation is November 30. The new buyers will convert the catering hall into a community of town homes consist of two level structures. For more than 45 years, the 17 acres land was run and operated by the Passavia Family.

The family had plans to convert the lot into 80 town homes but never materialized after obtaining the permit. All employees will be assisted to find jobs elsewhere. All clients money will be refunded of events reserved after November 30.
