The Kew Gardens Interchange project is at Phase 3

The Kew Gardens Interchange Project at the intersection of Grand Central Parkway, Union Turnpike, Jackie Robinson Parkway and the Van Wyck Expressway is in the Phase 3 stage. The Phase 3 project costs $110 million dollars. A date of completion has not been announced.
