That was quick from the governor

Many claims the governor's response video was pre-recorded.

Here is the 85 page response released by the NY governor after AG's statement. He responded, "I've been making this same gesture my whole life".

His best line is, "I have been kissing all people without their consent for years because I'm Italian."
