Tenant applications are accepted for November 1 in Bellerose

The location, 251-73 Jericho Turnpike, corner of Little Neck Parkway and Jericho Turnpike in Bellerose is now accepting applications for commercial tenants. The range of availability are from 1,500 to 15,000 square feet. The asking price is $40 per square feet per year. Example, 1,000 square feet office times 40 is $40,000 per year for rent alone. Utilities and taxes are extra. The building spaces are flexible to suit for tenants. The location is expected to be in operation by November 1, 2018.
