Tavern 18 undergoing renovations due to violations

The restaurant, Tavern 18 located at 265-11 Union Turnpike in Floral Park is undergoing major renovations. NYC Dept of Health inspected the location on August 9, 2017 and reported three violations with one being a major for contamination may have occurred. According to NYC Building Dept, permits has been filed to replace the entire floor and other surface that's in contact with food. A date of opening after renovation has not been announced by management.
