Target on schedule in Lake Success

The former location of Sears inside the Lake Success Shopping Center will have Target confirmed again. The schedule is bit delayed due to the pandemic. The construction is 75% complete. The following stores have packed and left, GNC at 2,080 square feet, Stride Rite at 3,885 square feet, Casual Male at 4,400 square feet, New York & Company at 4,400 square feet, Pier 1 Imports at 7,750 square feet and Modell's at 15,600 square feet plus basement at 13,975. Along with Target, these are still doing business as usual, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Marshall's Shoes, Sephora, Victoria's Secret, Iavarone Market and Shake Shack.
