Suspicious packages caused shutdown in Manhattan

Police reported before 7am, two rice cookers in Fulton Street subway was tracked ad by 10:17am, it was empty rice cookers. At the same time, another on 16th Street and 7th Avenue. Police reported they will release photo of the person wanted for questioning for unloading two rice cookers in Fulton Street. The person wanted is male, white in his 20's dark hair. Several subways, roads and traffic were shut down during the investigation.
