Suspect wanted for three robberies in LIC

Police released the pic of suspect wanted for three armed robberies in one day, Monday, October 9 in Long Island City. The first incident occurred in a deli at 12th Street and 40th Avenue around 5am when the suspect displayed a knife demanding cash. The suspect took off with $200. Around 10:30am, the same suspect robbed MetroPCS at 13-05 40th Avenue stealing $50 from a worker. Around 10:45am, the same suspect entered Boost Mobile at 21st Street and 41st Avenue displaying a knife but the worker inside refused to cooperate. Police described the suspect as female, Asian Indian, late 20's, around 5'3" and 170lbs. Ongoing investigation.
