Suspect wanted for putting hands up inside a woman s skirt in LIC

Police reported on December 18, 2017 around 11pm, a male suspect placed his hands up inside a woman's skirt while walking and then touching her private parts. It happened on Ditmars Blvd near 38th Street in LIC. The woman took off after screaming. Further investigation showed the suspect as male, 5'7", 160lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. Ongoing investigation.
