Suspect wanted for hit and run in Corona

A mother and daughter were on the sidewalk of Corona Avenue when an e-bike with a male making deliveries hit one of them and took off while speeding. This is by 104th Street. The incident was reported on Friday around 11am in Corona. Both were attending a funeral procession when the incident occurred according to the witnesses. The child was holding her mother's hand when the incident occurred and hit her head on the sidewalk. Several onlookers ran and tried to grab the delivery guy but sped off.

Police are looking into this incident including surveillance cameras. Local politicians have not responded to the plea from the community. The child is recovering from the injuries.
