Suspect wanted for choking and robbing two seniors in Forest Hills

Police are investigating two incidents reporting a suspect choked and robbed two seniors in Forest Hills. The first incident was reported July 28 in the vicinity of 98 Street and 64th Avenue. The victim was a 72 year old woman. The recent on August 9 around 7:30pm at an apartment building on Queens Blvd and 67th Drive. The suspect approached the victim from behind, grabbed and choked until her items are taken. Then the suspect took off on foot toward Queens Blvd. The surveillance video captured picture of the suspect after swiping a Metrocard of the victim. The suspect is male, black, 40's. Ongoing investigation.
