Suspect wanted for assault at Flushing Home Depot

Police released pic of suspect wanted for assault involving security guard at Home Depot in Flushing near the park.

The suspect seen in the pic wore construction uniform and tried to walk out with merchandise without paying.

When security approached, the perp fought and took out a knife. Then the suspect took off on foot toward the parking lot.

Ongoing investigation.
