Suspect took off after abandoning a stolen vehicle in Uniondale

Police were on the chase on Meadowbrook State Parkway heading westbound chasing a vehicle that's stolen. One suspect, the driver refused to stop. The suspect abandoned the vehicle nearby and took off on foot. So far no arrests. Ongoing investigation.
