Suspect stole purse and other belongings from woman and performed a lewd act in front of her in Manhattan

On 11/17/24 at 2:00am in the vicinity of West 44 St & 9 Ave in Manhattan, an unknown male individual took the purse of a 38-year-old female & removed her cellphone & bank cards. The suspect then proceeded to perform a lewd act in front of the victim before fleeing.
