Suspect stole from multiple victims in Jamaica Hills

Police reported a suspect, male, black wearing a green jacket on a black bicycle stole phones from multiple victims. It happened today between 9 am and 10am in the vicinity of 165 Street and 85th Avenue. Cops are searching around.
